For the second-consecutive week, the Sherlock Holmes Athlete of the Week is going to a Pandas soccer athlete. This time, it's fourth-year forward Georgia Tansley. 

Tansley scored twice in the second half of the Pandas match on Saturday afternoon, powering the Pandas Soccer team to a 2-0 shutout win over the Mount Royal Cougars.

The Calgary, Alta. product scored her first goal of the season in the 72nd minute, before adding the insurance marker in the 81st. The two goals also came in Tansley's season debut.

The win was the Pandas second of the season, improving their conference record to 2-2-0 in 2021. The Pandas will be back in action next weekend, when they visit the MacEwan Griffins for a pair of matches at Clarke Stadium.
