Powering the U SPORTS No. 1 ranked Pandas to a dominant weekend sweep of the MacEwan Griffins, fifth-year outside Kory White has been named the Sherlock Holmes Pub Athlete of the Week.

White ripped in 32 kills over just six sets, with the Pandas picking up a pair of decisive 3-0 wins, improving their conference record to 13-1 this season. 

The veteran outside was flawless on Friday night, as the fifth-year Panda recorded 14 kills on just 17 attempts, recording no attacking errors and finishing with a 82.4% attack percentage. She also added three digs and a block. 

White added another 18 kills on 35 attempts on Saturday, leading the match with 19.5 points in another 3-0 Pandas win. 

With her 32 kills, White now has 1,318 for her career, three behind the Canada West record of 1,321 set by former Panda Meg Casault. 

White will have a chance to break the record on Friday night, as the Pandas travel to Calgary to take on the 4-10 Dinos in a weekend series.
