The 2025/26 season is the first as head coach of the Golden Bears and Pandas golf program for Elizabeth Stewart. She spent one season as the Pandas lead coach in 2024/25, before taking over as the head coach in the summer of 2025. She was named the 2025 Canada West Women's Team Coach of the Year in recognition of her leadership and the Pandas competitive excellence. 

Prior to her proffesional career in golf, Stewart spent five seasons as a varsity golfer with the MacEwan Griffins, twice earning CCAA All-Canadian honours, and being named the 2015 ACAC Women's Golfer of the Year. 

Stewart is the Head Golf Professional at Blackhawk Golf Club, following a successful year serving as Associate Professional. Prior to joining Blackhawk, she held the role of Associate Professional at the Edmonton Petroleum Club and previously served as an Assistant Professional at Windermere Golf & Country Club. 

Elizabeth remains deeply committed to the growth of the game, actively serving the golf community through her involvement with multiple PGA of Alberta and PGA of Canada initiatives focused on inclusivity and expanding access to golf.
