Step 1: Open the Ticketmaster App or open the Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager website on your mobile device web browser. Sign in.



Step 2: Tap on “Manage Events” under "Quick Links" ("My Events" when using the Ticketmaster App)



Step 3: Tap on the event you would like to transfer



Step 4: Tap on “Transfer”



Step 5: Select the seats you want to transfer and then tap “Transfer”

Step 6: Enter the contact information for the individual you are sending tickets to and click “Transfer.” The transfer recipient will receive an email or text message instructing them to accept the ticket offer. If they do not have a Ticketmaster account or Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager login, they will need to create one to accept the ticket offer.
