Step 1: Sign in to your Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/universityofalberta/).


 

Step 2: Click on “My Events”



Step 3: Click the event that has the existing ticket transfer offer



Step 4: Click on “Cancel Transfer”


 

Step 5: Click on “Reclaim.” An email will be sent to the sender and the recipient confirming the ticket offer has been canceled

Through Ticketmaster.ca

Step 1: Log in to your Ticketmaster.ca account (https://www.ticketmaster.ca/).

Step 2: Click on your account name in the top right corner. Click on “My Tickets” from the drop down menu.

Step 3: Click on “See Details” for the event you want to cancel.

Step 4: Click on “Cancel” next to one of the tickets.
