Reece Hall added 20 points and six rebounds, while Morgan Harris was flawless from the field, going 6-for-6 for 13 points, along with six assists and four rebounds. Kiah Easton-Ihediohanma also chipped in 13 points, hitting two threes and adding three free throws.

The Pandas shot 44.1% from the field and 46.2% from deep, while forcing 33 MacEwan turnovers and scoring 34 points off them. Alberta improved to 8–0 on the season, maintaining their perfect record.

For MacEwan, Unity Obasuyi paced the offence with 18 points on 6-of-14 shooting, while Toni Gordon contributed 10 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

MacEwan opened strong, taking an early 4–0 lead through back-to-back layups from Samantha Hickey. Alberta responded quickly, as Reece Hall and Kiah Easton-Ihediohanma combined to tie the game at 4–4. Hall's three-pointer at 6:26 gave Alberta its first lead, and the Pandas extended the advantage to 18–14 by the end of the quarter after Morgan Harris's fast-break layup and Hall's late basket.
