EDMONTON - Four Pandas were honoured by Canada West on Wednesday morning, as the conference announced their 2021/22 Women's Hockey All-Star teams. 

Second-year forward Madison Willan earned her first all-star appearance, being the only Panda named to the CW First Team. Goalie Halle Oswald and Defenceman Taylor Anker earned second-team honours, while first-year Panda Natalie Kieser was named to the conference's all-rookie team. 

Willan. the 2020 Canada West Rookie of the Year, finished second in the league this season with 21 points in 20 games, which saw her record nine points over a five-game stretch late in the season. Oswald finished the season with an 8-2-2 record, posting a 1.15 goals against average, and a .948 save percentage in 12 games. 

Anker, meanwhile, finished with eight assists in 20 games, while also being one of the best lockdown defenders in the conference. Kieser led all Canada West rookies with nine goals and 16 points in 20 games for the Pandas. 

The Pandas are fresh off a two-game sweep of the Regina Cougars in the CW Quarter-Final, and will head to UBC this weekend for a best-of-three semifinal series.
